The Crystal Award 2021 for excellence in art was conferred by the Governor Satyapal Malik to Mr Wanhi-I Challam of Chilliang Raij, Jowai at Raj Bhavan today. The fourth edition of the award instituted by Riti Academy was bagged by Wanhi-I Challam for his excellence in animation film. The Chief Guest in his speech emphasised on the need for art education in the State for graduate, post graduate courses and advanced studies in visual arts.
